I can’t wait to introduce my app to the world.

I'm Tanya

the visionary behind the app.

I created it because, like many of you, I've often struggled to understand the world we live in and the way people behave.

🌟 "That sounds weird. 🌟"
I heard someone whisper this today as I was explaining my app, and honestly, it stopped me in my tracks.

In that moment, I realized how quick we can be to judge rather than to be curious. Instead of saying, "Tell me more," or "How does it work?" we sometimes dismiss what we don’t immediately understand. But here’s the thing: Curiosity opens doors. Judgment closes them.

Hi, I’m Tanya, the visionary behind this app. I created it because, like many of you, I’ve often struggled to understand the world we live in and the way people behave. Instead of letting that frustration hold me back, I turned it into motivation to build something meaningful.

This app is my way of trying to better myself and the world around me. It’s a tool for connection, growth, and understanding—to help others (and myself) deal with those moments of judgment or rejection with grace and compassion.

I can’t wait to introduce my app to the world. It’s for anyone who’s ready to build better relationships—with others and with themselves.

To the person who whispered, “That sounds weird”—thank you. You reminded me why this journey matters so much. 💡 Stay tuned. Big things are coming.

My Journey to Building a Meaningful Dating Space

Mindful Girl Love: A Vision Shaped by Life Experiences

I discovered Bette Midler’s I Shall Be Released when I was about 12 years old, and it’s been one of my favorite songs ever since.
Even then, I understood that the song was about repression — about being held back or pushed down. But it wasn’t until I was older that I realized just how many forms repression can take.

Not long after stepping into this new Mindful Girl Love venture, I was talking with a co-worker about Bob Dylan, and I mentioned I Shall Be Released. We talked about its theme — about repression, release, and the feeling of being trapped — and how surprising it is that Dylan wrote it. Since that conversation, the song has been playing in my head — woven in between my negative OCD thoughts.
That’s when I realized something important — repression isn’t always external. Sometimes, we hold ourselves back too.
For me, that’s been my experience — a mental loop of replaying situations and people who’ve upset me, over and over again. Those thoughts have kept me trapped in frustration, bitterness, and doubt.
That’s where my belief in purpose comes in.
During one of my many attempts to be more mindful and positive, I started reading daily affirmations. Most of them came and went, but one stuck with me:
Do all things with purpose.
That affirmation has been quietly following me for years. I didn’t live by it, but it stayed with me — popping into my head on occasion — but more frequently as I get older. Even now, I still struggle to fully embrace it, but I’m more aware of what it means — and how living with purpose can lead to something better.
When I started building Mindful Girl Love, I wasn’t consciously thinking about I Shall Be Released, or that old affirmation. But looking back, I can see how both have been shaping this vision all along.
Mindful Girl Love isn’t just about dating — it’s about dating with intention. It’s not about swiping based solely on appearances or making assumptions about someone based on how they present themselves. People are complex — who they are on the outside doesn’t always tell you who they are on the inside.
That’s why this app is designed to encourage deeper, more meaningful connections — connections that go beyond the surface.
In a way, that affirmation — Do all things with purpose — was the missing piece of the puzzle. When I was searching for a way to describe what makes my app different, those words suddenly clicked. And I realized that this belief — the one I’ve struggled to fully live by — is at the heart of what Mindful Girl Loveis all about.
It’s a space for real connections, for authenticity, and for people to be seen as whole individuals — inside and out.

That’s the purpose behind Mindful Girl Love — and it’s what I hope this platform inspires others to embrace too.
